Ian obtained a BS in Mathematics from Harvey Mudd College in 2001. While at Harvey Mudd, Ian spent four years in the Claremont College's improvisational/experimental theatre group Without a Box, which he directed his senior year. Since moving to Seattle in 2001, Ian has been an active member of the Seattle comedy and theatre communities. Ian's other projects have included: Theater Schmeater's production of Adventures in Mating, as The Waiter; Sisters of Sal, of which he was a founding member; LAFF HOLE, and Lo-Ball: the Local Ballard Comedy Show. If you have been to a show at the HUT, then you may have heard Ian ask you to "please, silence all cell phones and enjoy the show." Ian is also the proud creator of the Wing-It shows Shades of Gray, This Improvised Life, and Funbucket.
