Tyler Barkley
Tyler is now living in Chicago, continuing to pursue improv
Tyler studied Theatre and the Dramatic Arts during his 3 years attending the University of Nevada, Reno. In the summer of 2001 Tyler left the stand-up circuit to study the art of improvisation in Seattle. For the next two years he wrote and performed dinner theatre with NWMM followed by the original 2 episodes of Exit Theatre's 7 Strangers. On a warm spring day in May, 2003, a phone call informed Tyler that he was to join the greats of Jet City Improv. Shortly after this achievement Tyler was cast in the critically acclaimed Seattle Neutrino Project. During his time with Jet City, Tyler has performed in Twisted Flicks, toured the festivals with Election Show 2004, and co-created and directed Last Call with the former cast member Matt Owens. When Tyler is not improvising he is usually travelling somewhere exotic so that his world view may one day span the globe in it's entirety.
