Improv 301 - Advanced Improv
About the Class:
Maximize your improv potential! Now that you have the skills, learn to leverage them to create fantastic scenes! In this class you will build on your skills in characters, relationships, objectives, and environments, and ultimately find how to incorporate them in performance. There will be particular emphasis to performance theory, open scenework, and partnering. This class is limited to 12 participants, so you will receive plenty of personalized attention and coaching to maximize you personal potential! The class will culminate in a showcase performance, with a video analysis of the show and notes on the last day. Included in the tuition, you will receive a DVD copy of your final showcase. This class meets for 8 weeks. The fall quarter will run Wednesdays 7:00-9:30 PM, September 29 - November 17, 2010. There will be a final performance in the evening of Sunday, November 14 at Wing-It Productions.

The performance will last 90 minutes. |
