Instructor Bios:
Jill Walser: While working as the corporate recruiter for a publicly traded party goods company in Kirkland, Jill Walser was responsible for screening tens of thousands of resumes, selecting “keepers” for hiring manager review and completing thousands of first and/or panel interviews for positions in all departments. She learned firsthand which candidates – executive to line staff level – were selected to move forward and what they did to be successful. As the owner of I got the job! Resume and Career Coaching Services, Jill writes resumes, provides interview coaching and offers job search strategy advice to help her clients be able to say, “I got the job!”
Elizabeth Case is in New Business Development for the Puget Sound Business Journal. Elizabeth speaks to sales teams and networking groups on how to use the media as a tool to grow your business. In the fall of 2008 Elizabeth launched the Career Search Seminar workshops helping people in Career Transition to be better educated about job opportunities and growing businesses in the region. Elizabeth is involved in a variety of organizations including, the Seattle Chamber, Young Professionals Network (Creative Council), Kirkland Chamber of Commerce (Board Member), eWomen Network and other local organizations.
Andrew McMasters is the Artistic Director of Wing-It Productions, and serves at the lead trainer for Wing-It’s Corporate Training Services. Andrew has been producing theater in Seattle for over 17 years. He has an MFA in Drama from the UW and a BA from Temple University. He also holds a certificate in Arts Administration. He is a founder of Wing-It Productions, the Executive Producer of the Seattle Festival of Improv Theater, and the board president of Theater Puget Sound. In addition to managing and participating in local nonprofits, Andrew travels nationwide as a presenter for AutoTrader, Apple Computers, Microsoft, Cisco Systems, T-Mobile, and more.
